In 2013 Westport GAA launched its first 5 year strategic plan for the club 2013 – 2018 which proved to be an outstanding success. To build on this progress and develop further we are preparing a new Strategic Club Plan 2021 – 2026 for publication this year.

The voice of club members should be at the heart of the plan and we are inviting all club members to be part of the consultation process. We will be appointing a number of sub-committees and focus groups to assist us in our work and it is hoped to hold a number of online focus groups over the coming weeks.

The five focus groups are:- Games & Coaching- Structures & Administration – Finance & Fundraising – Facilities- Communication, PR & IT.
