Westport GAA Return to Play checklist for Parents/ Guardians April 2021.

1. Register your child with the club and pay club membership. Follow instructions on www.westportgaa.com/membership/
2. Complete the Covid-19 Club Education eLearning Module (April 2021) and save/print certificate (needs to be completed every 12 months). www.courses.gaa.ie/Covid19ClubEd/
3. Create an account on Foireann.ie (New GAA Management System) www.foireann.ie
4. Create a family within your account on Foireann.ie – click here for details
5. Add your child to the approprocate club team (E.G Under 13 Football, U15 Camogie etc) within your Foireann account – click here for details
6. Complete the Return to Play Health Questionnaire for your child with Foireann. Health status needs to be reconfirmed before every training/ match – click here for details
